Your butcher meat order is cut on the day it leaves us. Nothing sits in a freezer waiting for a courier.

Packed cold, kept cold

Every order is vacuum sealed, packed with ice and sent in an insulated box, so it reaches you at fridge temperature.

Six days a week across Sydney

We deliver Monday to Saturday. Order before the daily cut-off and your meat arrives the next delivery day.

What Fresh Really Means

Cut on the day

Your meat is broken down and portioned the same day it is packed. That is what fresh means to us.

Vacuum sealed

Each cut is sealed to lock in moisture and keep it clean and separate inside the box.

Ice and insulation

Ice packs and an insulated liner hold the box at fridge temperature for the whole trip.

Straight to your fridge

Unpack and refrigerate as soon as your box arrives. Freeze anything you will not use in the next few days.

Minimum order

Our minimum order value is $100 for both delivery and Click & Collect.

How much does delivery cost?

Minimum order: $100 Delivery fee: $15 on orders from $100 to $149.99 Free delivery: Orders $150 and over

When will my order arrive?

Order by 3:00pm for next-day delivery across Sydney Metro or to have your order ready for Click & Collect. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed for the following day. Example: If you place your order at 4:00pm on Monday, your order will be delivered or ready for collection on Wednesday.

Is the meat frozen?

Our fresh butcher meat is never frozen. It is cut fresh to order, packed chilled with ice packs in an insulated box, and delivered at fridge temperature. Please note that some grocery and pantry products are sold frozen. These items will be clearly marked as frozen on the product page.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

Do I need to sign for my delivery? No signature is required. All orders are delivered under Authority to Leave (ATL), so your driver will leave your order at the delivery location without needing anyone to sign for it. What happens if nobody is home? If nobody is home, your driver will leave your order at your nominated drop zone or our default spot (your front door), in line with your delivery instructions. If you live in an apartment, it'll be left at the intercom (if secure) or in the foyer (if accessible). We highly recommend having someone home to receive your delivery, especially on warmer days, since our items are perishable.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order value is $100 for both delivery and Click & Collect.

Can I collect from the store instead?

Yes. Choose Click and Collect at checkout and pick your order up from our South Granville store. There is no delivery fee on collection orders.

How should I store my order when it arrives?

Fresh butcher meat: Keep refrigerated at 5°C or below and place it in the fridge as soon as your order arrives. Frozen grocery items: Place frozen items in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery. We recommend taking your order straight home and not leaving fresh or frozen products in a warm car.
