Where does Cedar Food Group source its beef?
Our premium beef is primarily sourced from the Riverina region of New South Wales. We partner directly with family-owned farms that share our commitment to regenerative agriculture and animal welfare, ensuring 100% Australian heritage quality in every cut.
Is all your meat 100% grass-fed?
Most of our meat is 100% grass-fed. That said, we like to cater to everyone, and plenty of our customers genuinely enjoy grain-fed as well. Every product on our site clearly indicates whether it's grass-fed or grain-fed, so you can always choose what suits you best.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 3:00pm are delivered the next day, between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm are delivered on the next available day after that. For example, an order placed at 4:00pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday, not Tuesday. We deliver Monday to Friday, across Metro Sydney.
How do you ensure the meat remains fresh during transport?
All of our fresh butcher meat is cryovaced, a vacuum-sealing process that removes oxygen from the packaging to help lock in freshness. Your order is then packed with ice bricks or gel packs to maintain the correct temperature throughout delivery, arriving fresh and chilled, never frozen. Any items sold frozen (such as frozen goods or small goods) stay frozen the whole way through.
