Contains Wheat, Gluten.
Wheat Flour (50%), Water, Vegetable Margarine [RSPO Palm Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (471, 475), Natural Rosemary Flavour, Butter Flavour], Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder [Corn Starch, Raising Agent (500), Anti-Caking Agent (170), Stabiliser (450)].

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat a non-stick pan without cooking oil. Remove Roti Paratha from freezer. Defrosting not required. Remove plastic layers and immediately place Roti Paratha on the pre-heated pan. Cook over medium heat for about 1.5 - 2 minutes. Press the Roti Paratha gently and turn it over until both sides are golden brown. Remove the Roti Paratha from pan using both hands, gently pat the Roti Paratha by the edge to make it light and fluffy.

How to store

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze.
